How will my order be shipped?

All original works ship via UPS. Unframed prints will ship via either UPS or USPS.
Will my print be signed or editioned?

Yes, all prints ordered will include Hayley's handwritten signature.
When will you have new work available?

The best way to find out when I will be releasing new pieces is by following along on Instagram and signing up for my email list.
How do you release work?

I release my work in collections. Once a series is complete, I’ll announce a release date and share the pieces together. I recommend signing up for emails and following along on Instagram for behind-the-scenes glimpses.
Do you accept commissions?

I’d be delighted to create a commissioned piece for you. Commissions begin at $800, with pricing based on panel size. If you’re interested, please reach out at hi@hayleygriffin.com for more details.
What is your return policy?

All paintings, prints, gift cards and sale items are final sale. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at hi@hayleygriffin.com. We are always here to help!
Are the colors online, true to color?

Artwork is viewed across many different screens, each rendering color a little differently. While hues and tones may vary, care has been taken to represent each image as closely to the original as possible. While exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed, the images reflect the work with care and intention.
Do you do collaborations?
