Born and raised in Cape Elizabeth, Maine I grew up as the daughter of a lobsterman. Through my experiences and involvement with my fathers occupation I was exposed to the wonders and beauty of the Maine Coast, this has become the major inspiration for much of my work. I recently returned to Maine from Baltimore where I graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a degree in graphic design and a concentration in fashion and textile design.
Shortly after my homecoming, I set up a personal studio as the headquarters of my freelance business. Some of my favorite projects have included designing clothing lines for multiple fashion shows, staging apparel photo shoots, and creating sustainable designs.
